Grade 7 lists the possible outcomes of an experiment, writes a probability as a fraction between 0 and 1, and compares it with the relative frequency of an actual trial. In the Department of Basic Education’s teaching plan, Grade 7 probability is taught in Term 4. It comes up in the Grade 7 maths Term 4 test, and again in the final Term 4 exam, which covers all four terms.
