Grade 6 converts including decimals to two places, reads time-zone maps, and develops the rules for the area of a rectangle and the volume of a rectangular prism. In the Department of Basic Education’s teaching plan, Grade 6 measurement is taught in Term 4. It is tested in the Grade 6 maths Term 4 final exam.
