Grade 6 names angles from acute to reflex and revolution, compares rectangles and parallelograms, draws enlargements and reductions, and counts faces, vertices and edges of 3D objects. In the Department of Basic Education’s teaching plan, Grade 6 geometry is taught in Term 3. It is tested in the Grade 6 maths Term 3 test and the final Term 4 exam.
