Grade 4 records data with tally marks and tables, draws pictographs and bar graphs, and reads information from graphs and pie charts. In the Department of Basic Education’s teaching plan, Grade 4 data handling is taught in Term 4. It is tested in the Grade 4 maths Term 4 final exam.
